I want to build a company with a unique group that have such a clear purpose to support and serve. We are the best because of our people who have high standards and values of themselves, which translates into collective success for all partners with an environment founded in teamwork and mutual support. The level at which we do business has made us such an attractor that growth seems so fast that at times we can only hang on for the ride.

My mission is to…Inspire others to believe the very best about themselves and to know that they are capable and worthy of living a life that God created for them, a life worth living their dreams.In his first three years in real estate Patrick Woods closed over $55 million in residential and commercial real estate transactions. While his passion lies in residential real estate, he also has an extensive knowledge in commercial and investment real estate. In addition, he has repeatedly walked clients through the rigorous 1031 exchange process.

Bio - In 2006 Patrick joined Keller Williams Realty as the CEO and Team Leader of the Sacramento Metro office, taking it from number three in market share to number one in a declining market. Patrick currently coaches and consults over 150 associates, in his office that has closed 3,425 transactions and has over $831,000,000 in sales volume since he joined the company. Patrick is anxious to reach the pinnacle of selling over $1 Billion worth of real estate.

Prior to working in real estate, Patrick was a “dot commer” and worked extensively with early-stage and mid-stage corporate ventures, facilitating their growth from garage-based start-ups to enterprise-class service providers. His first business venture, EncodeThis!, raised over $4 million in investment capital and was eventually sold to Nokia. Patrick’s entrepreneurial skills and enthusiasm have been key factors in his real estate success.

Patrick currently resides in the Natomas area of Sacramento, CA with his wife, Gina and two sons, Jack and Stenn.
